Willow was the perfect way to use some special fabric remnants and make a beautiful top. The finishing details are next level. I love how the whole bodice is enclosed to minimize exposed seams and give everything a clean look.
I knew I wanted to sew this top right away as I was completely drawn to its silhouette. This one took a toile and little trial and error to fit my proportions just right, but it was absolutely worth the effort. The instructions were clear and helpful each step of the way, and now I have a new garment that's just as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. The finishing details are quite special, and now that I've got the fit right I know I'll make it again and again. I made a size D with an SBA to remove 4cm from the bust. My measurements are 81.5 cm upper bust, 82cm bust, 66 cm waist, and 90 cm hips.
I really enjoyed sewing the Willow top; it flatters the bust beautifully, whether it's big or small, and the elastic in the back creates a lovely, fitted bodice without being too tight. The stitching is impeccable. I appreciate the construction. Not just a sewing project with a top to wear at the end but a good sewing experience
Great pattern with neat insides. Good instructions and the ready top goes as a summer top but would be as well a party top. Sizing was accurate for me.
A lovely and romantic top that is fully lined but constructed in a way with enclosed seams and so neat and tidy. Really enjoyed perfecting the “burrito” method and the gorgeous fit and look at the end.
I love this top pattern! It feels both sophisticated and Hobbit-y at the same time. The instructions are comprehensive and easy to understand, and the top is incredibly flattering.
The willow top is so comfortable and goes well with everything - under a pinafore dress or with jeans. The instructions are very clear and even though I had to make some adjustments, it all felt very doable with the both written and video instructions. And the adjustments are totally worth the effort as I now have a top that fits me perfectly.
If there’s one pattern you need for summer to combine with all the skirts, shorts, trousers, pinafores and dungarees it’s definitely this one

This design looks incredible on so many different body types, which honestly made sewing it even more exciting. It’s one of those patterns that just works. It also challenged me technically in all the right ways — the kind of sewing project that keeps you engaged, teaches you new skills, and makes you ridiculously proud when it all comes together. And apparently I have zero self-control because I couldn’t stop at making just one - I am completely obsessed!
