Inspired by nature, this leafy twig-inspired alphabet is perfect for personalizing your projects by adding a name, initials, or a special message.

The pattern includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and a selection of twelve charming, woodland mini motifs.

It is not an "A is for apple" sampler-type alphabet.  Instead, letters, numbers, and mini woodland motifs can be used interchangeably.  Mix and match to design your perfect woodland-inspired combo!

A hint of magic and pop of color to any make

As an adaptive sewist and capsule wardrobe maker, I tend to favor timeless patterns. The Woodland Alphabet Embroidery has helped me add personality and a pop of color to my classic makes. Let me assure you that I am a complete novice, however the video tutorials and Facebook moderators were amazingly helpful. If you are looking to dip your toe into the embroidery world, this pattern pack is an excellent place to start!

*Please note that I was gifted this pattern while being a 2024 StoryTeller for Twig and Tale

    Top tutorial

This tutorial should be the gold standard for embroidery tutorials. I’ve been working on a different project this week and wishing for the T+T instructions! As someone relatively new to embroidery, the pattern tutorial is great and I love the stitch labels pointing to what you need to sew in which stitch. I used the projector pattern to trace the pattern on which I thought was a cool way of tracing the pattern.

    Sweet alphabet set

I absolutely love this alphabet set and the little woodland flora and fauna that go with it. I used it to personalize an outfit for my son's birthday, and it came out so lovely.

    Perfect for adding extra detail

Im not very good with embroidery but my stubborn attitude keeps me going. I'm glad I didnt give up because these little patterns and letters make even my work look good. Perfect for adding detail and so easy to follow for beginners.

    Love it

The designs are amazing love the lettering I embroidered as a child and this has given me a resurgence in this craft. No time for housework now. Winning

    Endless Possibilities

This is a whole booklet of embroidery instructions for the most adorable Woodland Alphabet , which is sure to bring the desired results. It even gives detailed thread color suggestions which is very helpful. I am planning on making a woodland quilt for my grandson and want to incorporate some of these characters :D

    Woodland Alphabet

These embroidery patterns are awesome! I'm going to make my granddaughter some little jumpers with a pocket and stitch the characters (her initials) on them :)
