      Size Chart

The pattern includes all adult sizes:

      Women's/Curved Fit A-T (0-38)
      Men's/Straight Fit 30-66

      Supplies

      Suggested Fabrics:

Exterior fabric to coordinate with coat, such as wool, softshell, twill, denim, velvet or canvas. Lighter lining fabrics such as woven non-stretch cotton, linen, silk or Bemberg. Note that for some collars, the exterior fabric will sit against that back of the neck. Consider using soft fabrics for wear against the skin.

      Fabric Requirements:
If you are switching out the hood to make a collar instead, it is likely that no additional fabric will be needed.

If purchasing contrast fabric, up to 12" (30cm) of both exterior and lining.

      Supplies + Notions:

      • Spool of coordinating thread
      • Buttons or snaps for removable hood or Funnel Collar
      • Interfacing (midweight fusible)

      Options galore!

The projector file for these collars is great- thick lines, unfolded and user friendly. It is a really great option to have. I added the oversized collar to my pixie swim coat, made with softshell and towelling and it worked really well- (adding a zip to the Pixie is on the blog). I’ve used the scalloped collar and that was fun to make. Instructions are easy to follow and contain colour photographs.
The hardest part is picking one collar to use first!

Lovely new twist to a tale....

As soon as the collars were released I knew I had to make another Pixie coat- my only problem was deciding which collar to use- all would have been a great feature on a coat. In the end I let my fabric do the talking and went for the petal collar- it really is very sweet and big enough for the coat not to drawf it.
As always instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. I certainly don't think I will be stopping at one!
I added embroidery to my collar and the Kea pockets to enhance the collar choice.
