Printing Info
This digital pattern is tiled and designed to print using your home printer on either US Letter, or A4 paper.
Also included are a wide-format file that can be taken to a copy shop and printed on single sheets of A0 paper, as well as a projector file.
The pattern includes a nifty “layers” feature, allowing you to print only the size(s) you need, or all of the sizes. Full step-by-step printing instructions are supplied.

I made the hat from old bedding linen cutoffs. As the fabric was a bit thin and I didn't want a line from the interfacing I added an interlining the to main fabric. I was careful cutting out but the final size was a touch small (possibly due to the interlining). Great little hat which will get plenty of wear. Next time I will size up and make it with left over wool outer fabric for sun protection on cooler days.

Lovely pattern, I have made two small sizes and one adult size. I love the way the brim can be turned up if you want it to and it will stay there. I edge stitched them and then sewed concentric rings parallel to the outside edge, this firmed up the brim well.
A wonderful Sun hat to sew for my two year old granddaughter. Good size as I used your suggested measurements. Top stitched it to give the sun hat more shape. Love that it is reversible and so does my grand daughter.
